At Techtress Design Studio, we aim to provide convenient and affordable options for receiving your orders. Please review our local shipping and pickup policies below:

Local Shipping Policy

Delivery Areas:

• We deliver within Belize City Limits.
• Please confirm your address is within our service area at checkout.

Shipping Rates:

• Flat Rate Shipping: $7.00 per order.
• Free Shipping: Orders over $100.00 qualify for free delivery.

Delivery Times:

• Standard Delivery: 3 days from the date of order processing.
• Rush Delivery: Available for an additional fee of $35.00. Delivered within 1 day.

Additional Notes:

• Customers will receive a tracking number once their order has been shipped.
• Please ensure someone is available to receive the delivery. For missed deliveries, additional fees may apply for re-delivery.

Local Pickup Policy

Pickup Location:

• 16 Red Snapper Street, Ladyville
• MON, TUE & THU – 6:00PM to 8:00PM
• Please contact us for pickups outside this time period.

Pickup Process:

1. Select “Local Pickup” at checkout.
2. Wait for a confirmation email or message stating your order is ready for pickup.
3. Bring your order confirmation and a valid ID when collecting your order.

Pickup Fees:

• Local pickup is free of charge.

Pickup Timing:

• Orders will be ready within 3 days after confirmation.

Terms & Conditions

• Ensure your shipping address and contact details are accurate.
• For pickup, orders must be collected within 3 after being marked as ready.
• We are not responsible for delays caused by incorrect addresses or unforeseen circumstances (e.g., severe weather).
